My Background
I’ve been working in IT and web development for over 20 years — from fixing Macs and Windows PCs, to building multilingual WordPress websites, to running Debian servers from home with Docker, SSL, and full DNS control.
But no matter how technical things get, I stay grounded in **real-world support**. I love helping people make their tools work smarter, faster, and with less stress.
